The ICSEM Project involves two major types of partners:
- Research Partners: ICSEM Research Partners are individual researchers or teams of researchers. The number of research partners has been growing continuously since the Project's Kick-off Meeting, which took place in Liege in July 2013. As of October 2014, over 200 researchers from some 50 countries worldwide had expressed their desire to be part of the ICSEM crew. The complete list of Research Partners is available here.
- Supporting Partners: Research Partners are responsible for securing the funding necessary to carry out the research in the country they cover; the ICSEM Project supports its Research Partners, upon their request, in their applications for funding. But the ICSEM Project has experienced an impressive growth, and the coordination work required (both from a scientific point of view and in terms of logistics) has made it necessary to look for additional funding, beside the financial means provided by the Belgian Science Policy Office. The three new major Supporting Partners that joined the project in 2014 (the Fondation Crédit Coopératif; the Groupe Caisse des Dépôts and the Institut CDC pour la Recherche; and the InBev-Baillet Latour Fund and the Baillet Latour Chair in Philanthropy and Social Investment) are presented in more details here.
