Transdisciplinary Forum on “Social Enterprise for Sustainable Societies – From research to practice and back”, Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), July 3, 2017

A transdisciplinary forum, entitled « Social Enterprise for Sustainable Societies – From research to practice and back », will take place in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) on July 3, 2017, just before the 6th EMES International Research Conference on Social Enterprise (to take place at the Université Catholique de Louvain from July 3 to July 6).

How may social enterprises contribute to the sustainability of our societies? How is research applied to everyday issues in order to provide concrete solutions? The Forum will constitute a unique day of debate and discussion between social enterprise practitioners and researchers on topics such as social innovation and social services, social finance, social economy in development cooperation, renewable energy citizen cooperatives, social economy transformation with digitalization, and social economy impact assessment.

Many SOCENT/ICSEM researchers and research centres are involved in the organization of the Forum. Participation is free but registration is compulsory by June 15, 2017 at the latest.
